Our Approach

Armand Diaz

I received my doctorate in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2011, with a dissertation on psychic mediums that was supported by the Esalen Institute.

I work with clients and students to further their understanding of our connection to the Cosmos, using astrology and other intuitive arts. Teaching the use of intuitive skills and integrating intuition with rationality is my passion.

In addition to client work, I speak frequently at the national and international conferences and workshops, and I am the author/editor of three books. At present, I also serve as President of the National Council for Geocosmic Research, Books and Articles Editor for the Astrology News Service, and I'm a contributing editor to NCGR's eNews.

My Story

While always fascinated by intuitive arts, Eastern spirituality and Western esotericism, I began my career as a speech-language pathologist, working primarily with geriatric patients in hospitals and nursing homes. I also had a key role in the business operation of a successful speech pathology practice for 15 years.

Since 2004, I have been teaching intuitive skills and working as astrologer, although until recently I continued part-time teaching in speech pathology at the undergraduate and graduate levels. My primary interests in this area are in anatomy and physiology and neurolinguistics.

I'm also a musician, playing bass in two bands. Have a listen to our all-originals album at our website, Bin251.com
